Important: Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing. By completing your purchase of the Blockchain Integration in Real Estate and Capital Markets course, you explicitly agree to and accept this Refund Policy in its entirety.

1. Our Commitment

The Atrium Agency stands behind the quality of the Blockchain Integration in Real Estate and Capital Markets course. We have invested significant resources to create comprehensive, professionally researched content covering five global regulatory markets. We want every student to feel confident in their purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility — 30-Day Limited Refund Window

We offer a 30-day limited refund from the date of purchase, subject to the following strict conditions:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of your purchase date
  • You must have accessed no more than 2 course sections at the time of your refund request
  • You must submit your refund request in writing to info@theatriumagency.com with the subject line “Refund Request — [Your Full Name]”
  • You must provide a brief reason for your refund request

3. When Refunds Are NOT Available

No refund will be issued under any of the following circumstances:

  • Access beyond 2 sections: If you have accessed more than 2 course sections, you are no longer eligible for a refund regardless of when you request it. Course content access is tracked automatically and our records are final
  • After 30 days: Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date will not be honored under any circumstances
  • Completed sections: If you have completed any section quiz, that section is considered fully consumed and non-refundable
  • Downloaded or copied content: If there is evidence that course content has been copied, downloaded, or shared, no refund will be issued and legal action may be pursued
  • Certification issued: Once your Trivum Sentinel certification has been issued, no refund is available
  • Chargebacks: If you have initiated a credit card chargeback or payment dispute, your course access will be immediately terminated and you will be ineligible for any future purchases from The Atrium Agency
  • Change of mind after access: “I changed my mind” is not a valid basis for refund once more than 2 sections have been accessed
  • Failure to use the course: Not logging in or not completing the course does not constitute grounds for a refund beyond the 30-day window

4. Why We Limit Refunds After Access

The Blockchain Integration in Real Estate and Capital Markets course represents hundreds of hours of research, writing, legal analysis, and curriculum development covering five global regulatory jurisdictions. Our content protection policy exists to prevent bad-faith actors from accessing our proprietary intellectual property and then requesting refunds — effectively stealing the content.

By limiting refunds to students who have accessed no more than 2 sections, we provide a genuine opportunity to evaluate the course quality while protecting the investment made in creating this curriculum.

5. Content Protection Notice

All course content is monitored for unauthorized reproduction and distribution. We actively pursue legal action against individuals who access course content and subsequently reproduce, distribute, or commercialize it without authorization. Intellectual property theft is a federal crime under 17 U.S.C. § 506.

By purchasing this course, you acknowledge that:

(1) You have read and understood this Refund Policy
(2) You agree that accessing more than 2 sections constitutes consumption of substantial course value and eliminates your refund eligibility
(3) Course content access is tracked and our records constitute definitive evidence of access
(4) You will not attempt to copy, reproduce, or distribute course content
(5) This policy is fair, reasonable, and agreed to voluntarily

6. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the conditions above, submit your request as follows:

  • Subject line: “Refund Request — [Your Full Name]”
  • Include: Your full name, email address used for purchase, purchase date, order number, and reason for request
  • Response time: We will respond to all refund requests within 3 business days

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your card issuer.

7. Disputes

Any disputes regarding this Refund Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in our Terms of Service. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate and permanent termination of your course access.
