The Atrium Agency, LLC · Effective Date: May 1, 2026 · Governed by the laws of the State of Delaware
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing or accessing the Blockchain Integration in Real Estate and Capital Markets course. By completing your purchase or accessing any course content, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
1. Parties and Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Student,” “you,” or “your”) and The Atrium Agency, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“The Atrium Agency,” “Trivium Sentinel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the Blockchain Integration in Real Estate and Capital Markets course and all associated content, materials, and services (collectively, the “Course”).
2. Course Access and License
Upon completing your purchase and receiving confirmation, The Atrium Agency grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Course for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. This license does not include the right to:
- Share, sell, sublicense, or transfer your account or course access to any third party
- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any course content in any form
- Create derivative works based on course content
- Use course content for commercial purposes without express written permission
- Screen record, screenshot, or capture course content for distribution
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or extract course content
3. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All course content — including but not limited to lessons, quizzes, written materials, graphics, AI instructor interactions, regulatory analyses, and curriculum structure — is the exclusive intellectual property of The Atrium Agency, LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright law.
The Atrium Agency reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of course content constitutes copyright infringement and may result in civil and criminal liability under 17 U.S.C. § 501 et seq.
Copyright Notice: All content in this course is © 2026 The Atrium Agency, LLC / Trivium Sentinel. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any portion of this course is strictly prohibited and will be actively enforced.
4. Refund Policy
Please refer to our separate Refund Policy below, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By purchasing the Course, you agree to the Refund Policy in its entirety, including the limitations on refunds following course access.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree that you will not:
- Share your login credentials with any other person
- Attempt to circumvent any content protection or access control measures
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute course content through any means
- Misrepresent the source or authorship of course content
- Use course content to create competing educational products or services
- Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the Course platform
- Represent yourself as affiliated with The Atrium Agency without authorization
Violation of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate termination of your course access without refund and may subject you to legal liability.
6. Educational Disclaimer
The Course is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the Course constitutes legal, financial, investment, tax, or securities advice. The Atrium Agency is not a law firm, financial advisory firm, or registered investment adviser.
Regulatory frameworks, laws, and market conditions described in the Course are subject to change. Students should independently verify all information and consult qualified legal, financial, and tax professionals before making any investment or business decisions based on course content.
7. No Guarantee of Results
The Atrium Agency makes no representations or warranties regarding specific outcomes, earnings, or results that may be achieved by completing the Course. Individual results depend on numerous factors including but not limited to prior experience, market conditions, effort, and local regulatory requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Atrium Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Course, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The Atrium Agency’s total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Atrium Agency, LLC, its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Course.
10. Termination
The Atrium Agency reserves the right to terminate or suspend your course access at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to access the Course immediately ceases and no refund will be provided where termination results from your breach of these Terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial Arbitration Rules, with proceedings conducted in Delaware. You waive any right to participate in class action proceedings.
12. Modifications to Terms
The Atrium Agency reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Course website. Your continued use of the Course following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Atrium Agency regarding the Course and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
